At H&H Manufacturing we have a real keen focus on Quality. We believe that our commitment to provide our customers with the best products and service they can get, is our Primary Mission. To that ends we have implemented a Total Quality Management system to track work and processes in a constant improvement cycle. The scope of this starts with incoming material and tracks through to packaging for shipment. At every step we have eyes focused on Quality.

We maintain an environmentally controlled, dedicated inspection room. Here we have an automated CMM and a large array of other digital and manual metrology equipment. The tools are meticulously maintained and regularly calibrated to insure their accuracy. We are capable in either Standard or Metric and provide conformance data to support your specific requirements.

As work moves through the facility we perform inspection at every step of the process. Using SPC, we keep tolerances tight and uniform and this data is compiled with with other inspection data for customer required documentation. This also provides us benchmarks for tool performance baselines.

At the end we are still inspecting. Cosmetics are scrutinized, order accuracy is checked. If cleaning is required or special packaging, we take care of that too.
